Terms of Use

Last updated September 2026. Plain language, no surprises.

What this site does

Titanium CNC is a matching service for titanium machining. Buyers submit a request for quote, we introduce it to a small number of shops that cut titanium, and the shop and buyer deal with each other directly from there. We also introduce material, tooling and equipment vendors to the technical side of the site under the same rules. Full detail is on how we match.

We are not a machine shop, we do not manufacture parts, and we are not a party to any order, contract or payment between a buyer and a shop, or between a shop and a vendor.

Using the forms

The RFQ, shop registration and vendor registration forms exist for genuine titanium sourcing enquiries. Please give accurate information. We reserve the right to decline to match a request, decline to register a shop or vendor, or remove a party from future matching, at our discretion, most often for inaccurate information, repeated no shows, or misuse of the forms.

Do not submit a request on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, and do not use the forms to send anything other than a genuine titanium sourcing enquiry.

No warranty on a match

We do our best to match a request with a shop or vendor that fits it, using the criteria on how we match. We do not warrant that a match will be found, that a matched shop will quote, that a quote will be accurate, or that any resulting order will be completed to your satisfaction. Quality, delivery, price and every other term of an order are between you and the shop or vendor, not us.

Content on this site

The guides, tables, calculators and other content on this site are provided for general information about titanium machining and sourcing. They are not engineering advice for a specific part, and figures are typical ranges rather than guarantees, as explained on editorial standards. Verify anything safety critical, load bearing or regulatory with a qualified engineer and the shop making the part.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Titanium CNC unless otherwise stated. You may read, link to and share pages normally. Please do not republish guide text wholesale elsewhere without asking first.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Titanium CNC is not liable for losses arising from a match we make, a match we fail to make, the conduct of a buyer, shop or vendor we introduce, or reliance on the general information published in the guides. Nothing here is meant to exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
